Features

• Conical filters are provided at the outlet of the Wax and Water Phase Vessels to remove impurities before the final manufacturing process
• The homogenizer can be in the Manufacturing Vessel or in line. In case of an In Line Homogenizer, recirculation is also possible.
• The cover of the Manufacturing Vessel can be lifted by means of hydraulic cylinders. This will ensure ease in maintenance and cleaning.
• The Manufacturing Vessel is given a semi contra type anchor stirrer to mix the viscous liquids
• Water and wax/oil is transferred to the Manufacturing Vessel using vacuum, reducing waste.
• Any non standard equipment such as intermediate mixing vessels can be designed and incorporated as per the client’s requirement

• Load cells to help control the weight of the contents of the vessel
• PLC and HMI to incorporate automation in the process and improve efficiency and safety.
