The Sterile Manufacturing Vessel is an individual manufacturing vessel that provides sterile, hygienic and aseptic working conditions for the manufacture of a wide range of products in the pharmaceutical and bio – pharmaceutical industries. They are as follows:

Features

  • Magnetic mixers will be used with the vessel. These may be of general mixing, upstream mixing or high shear mixing type. The advantage of magnetic mixers is that contamination is eliminated due to the absence of running shaft and mechanical seal.
  • Use of tank outlet diaphragm valve and sampling valve with no dead lag
  • All wetted parts are fabricated out of SS 316 L and electro polished with a surface finish of up to 0.4 Ra.
  • Vessels are CIP / SIP able
  • Vessels can be provided with CIP and SIP modules.
  • ASME BPE standards are followed in the fabrication and design of the vessels.

Options

  • Load cells to help control the weight of the contents of the vessel
  • PLC and HMI to incorporate automation in the process and improve efficiency and safety.
  • Additional components such as pH, conductivity and DO sensors can be provided.

CIP & SIP Modules:

  • Cleaning In Place (CIP) and Sterilization In Place (SIP) modules are designed for the automatic cleaning and disinfecting of vessels, without major disassembly and assembly work.
  • Our CIP and SIP modules enable the user to clean a vessel while another is used for production.
  • They help to reduce costs incurred in CIP fluids, water and time.
  • They can be portable or stationary, with a single tank or two tanks; designed to provide the most effective solution.
