Liquid Manufacturing Plant

The Liquid Manufacturing Plant is set of equipment designed for the manufacture of syrups, liquid oral formulations and other water based pharmaceutical products. It is a closed process from the charging of sugar and water to the loading of finished product to a filling machine

Features

• The vessels are designed for vacuum to ensure easy and hygienic operation while transfer of sugar, sorbitol and syrup into the vessels.
• Bottom entry stirrers with double cartridge mechanical seals are used in the vessels to provide easy maintenance and cleanability.
• The Inline Homogenizer, which provides effective and efficient mixing along with good particle reduction, can be used for suspension based products.
• The Zero Hold Up Filter Press will achieve a high level of clear filtration of the product while having optimum sealing.
• Additional equipment (such as intermediate mixing vessels and colloid mills) can be designed and added to the plant.

Options

• Load cells can be given to the vessels for helping the operator monitor and control the amount of material inside the vessel.
• PLC and HMI can be provided to incorporate automation which will provide safety, efficiency and reduction in manual labour.
